Cancellation Policy

To reserve an appointment, we require an active credit card on file. We ask for more than 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Appointments canceled within a 48 hour window are subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled service. A no call no show for an appointment will be issued a full charge for the missed service.

Products can be refunded as long as its within 5 days of purchasing. We do not offer refunds on services. Any tweaks to your services, we ask you contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. Redos will be done complementary.
